When you buy Bad Coffee products, we’ll ship them to you. It probably won’t involve actual ships.
Shipping charges are determined by the weight and size of your items, the number of packages, and your delivery postal code. The final charge for shipping will appear at the end of your transaction. For a shipping estimate, add the desired products to your cart. We’ll email you twice — once when we receive your order and again when it has shipped. If you don’t receive that first email, we didn’t receive your order. We download orders during our regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm).
The majority of items displayed on this site will ship within 24 hours. You will be notified if products are backordered or shipping will be delayed.
All items will ship from our roastery in Lethbridge, Alberta. It’s cool as hell.
Shipping claims (shortages or goods damaged in transit) must be made within 3 business days of shipment arrival.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund, or exchange the product for another one of equal value, be it similar or not. We will pay for the shipping.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Products you return must be in the same condition as you received them and in the original packaging.
For the love of beans, don’t return any coffee that you already drank.
